Pink Floyd in Pulse 1994

20 octombrie 1994 – Earls Court London

La aceasta data si in aceasta locatie Pink Floyd tinea unul dintre cele mai spectaculoase concerte ale tuturor timpurilor : p-u-l-s-e. Si folosesc cuvantul “spectaculoase” nu datorita jocurilor de lumini, care impresioneaza si ele, sau datorita ecranului si filmuletelor proiectate pe acesta in timpul concertului (care, mie personal, nu mi-au placut foarte mult), ci datorita muzicii extraordinare si datorita interpretarii de exceptie, in special cea a lui David Gilmour, atat vocala, cat si instrumentala – chitara electrica. Un concert care merita vazut si, mai ales, ascultat. Noaptea, bine-nteles.

Pentru mine, exista cateva piese ale celor de la Pink Floyd care reprezinta mai mult decat muzica. O calatorie, deja traita, insa mereu noua si gata de explorat. Shine On You Crazy Diamond (part I + II) si Comfortably Numb (in special in varianta Van Morrison feat. Pink Floyd) sunt doua dintre piesele care isi au locul in topul meu general, nu numai cel al Pink Floyd. Mai jos se regasesc titlurile celor mai bune piese din concert:
